Hey everyone hope your having a great Bank Holiday weekend..
At last we have some nice weather wherever you are in the world I hope you doing well.
Nearly that time again kids go back to school and normal routine resumes yey finally.
I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by Four months time will be Christmas day.
Tonight I’m just reminiscing about how far I’ve come since the start of the year.
I went into January 2019 with a lot of uncertainty about what the year would bring.
I’ve had some great times but also some very low times and I really didn’t have much planned for this year to be honest i just wanted to see where the year would take me.
With just four months left until 2020 is upon us I can honstly say I’m feeling 💯 more positive.
I’ve grown so much as a person and I’ve gained my confidence back.
This week I feel fantastic I’ve really been working on myself and my health I’ve also lost a massive 5lb this week to me that’s a massive achievement for my weightloss and its also had postive impact on my health.
My mental health has improved and also my energy levels are up thanks to my new medication and vitamin supplements.
In the past few months I’ve learnt some valuable lessons and gone through some very painful emotions.
But I now feel I finally have all my ducks in a row..
When you find peace within yourself you find life becomes more settled I live by these steps..
1. Dont be anyone other than yourself.
2. Don’t give a dam what anyone else thinks of you.
3. Don’t give up on what you want.
4. Learn to say no.
5. Have goals and stick to them.
6. Listen to your own intuition.
7. Get rid of anyone that doesn’t bring laughter and peace to your life.
8. Be kind but don’t take no crap of anyone.
9. Show emotions to the people you love.
10. Love yourself beacuse how can anyone else love you if you don’t love yourself.
You know it’s OK to show love to people even if they don’t deserve it the universe is always watching.
Often enough the people who don’t deserve your love and time are the ones who need it the most.
I used to be a very bitter person myself.
But learning to forgive and to let go of anyone who’s causes us great pain well that takes courage and alot of faith in yourself.
Holding on to hate and pain will only cause damage within it doesn’t effect the person or situation involved your just hurting yourself.
And sometimes holding on hurts more than letting go.
I would just like to finish by saying to my blog readers what you allow will always continue.
Only You are incontrol of your life and you alone.
If I can turn my life around you can too for once I’m excited for my future.
